Aimee is the Onondaga Lake Watershed Coordinator with the New England Interstate Water Pollution Control Commission (NEIWPCC) working at the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation. She is working on the Onondaga Lake restoration and remediation efforts in coordination with the Onondaga Nation, Onondaga County, federal and state agencies, and other key stakeholders to develop a shared community vision for the remediation of the lake and watershed including its physical, chemical, and biological integrity. Prior to her position at NEIWPCC, Aimee was a Program Manager/Scientist at the Syracuse Center of Excellence where she managed and provided technical expertise on water-related programming. She received her bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Anthropology from St. Lawrence University and has completed graduate work in environmental health at Syracuse University.
