Brian is a Managing Engineer at Barton & Loguidice, P.C. (B&L), working in B&L’s Water and Wastewater Group since 1996. He is a graduate of Clarkson University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a Professional Concentration in Environmental Engineering, and is also a New York State licensed Professional Engineer. Brian has over 16 years of experience in all aspects of water and wastewater engineering, including study, design and construction phase services. He specializes in sanitary sewer collection and treatment systems for municipalities, and has been the primary contact for numerous municipalities’ sanitary sewer infrastructure improvement projects. Brian has been a member of NYWEA since joining Clarkson University’s student chapter. He has presented at technical conferences sponsored by NYWEA and the American Public Works Association (APWA). Outside of work Brian enjoys gardening, bowling, biking, running and homebrewing, and is an avid fan of Syracuse University basketball, New York Jets football and New York Yankees baseball teams.
